Hi, I’m Heidi, the founder of HLO Wellness. My work is rooted in a deep passion for helping people heal, grow, and reconnect with the healthiest version of themselves. With a strong foundation in healthcare, including nearly a decade of experience at the Syracuse VA Medical Center, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through their most important health moments—from clinical care to lifestyle transformation. I am a certified Health and Wellness Coach with additional training in holistic modalities such as Reiki, sound healing, guided imagery, nutrition, and biofeedback-informed techniques. I’m also currently pursuing a Master of Science in Public Health, expanding my understanding of how physical, emotional, and environmental factors shape long-term wellness.

HLO Wellness was created to bring all of that experience together into a compassionate, whole-person approach to health. My coaching blends evidence-based strategies with mindful, holistic practices to support inner peace, confidence, and sustainable change. Whether we’re working on stress reduction, healthier habits, personal empowerment, or reconnecting with your true strengths, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are and help guide you toward where you want to be. I believe healing is both a personal and collaborative journey, and I’m honored to walk alongside every person who chooses to work with me.
