Sound Healing

Sound healing uses tones and vibrations (bowls, gongs, forks, voice) to boost physical, emotional, and energetic health. It helps you relax, lowers stress hormones, and can improve circulation and cell repair. Reported benefits: less anxiety and pain, better sleep, clearer thinking, emotional release, calmer presence, improved focus, mood, and resilience. Chakra balancing works on the seven energy centers with specific sounds and placements to clear blocks, restore flow, and support emotional balance, purpose, and groundedness.
