You and the coach pick one focus (e.g., stress, sleep, weight, activity) and define success. You set a SMART goal aligned with your values, then create a tailored plan of small steps, supports, barriers, and simple tracking. The coach offers accountability, teaches self-monitoring and problem-solving, and adjusts the plan in follow-ups to sustain realistic, evidence-informed behavior change.
