Biofeedback (HeartMath)

This 2-session series offers an individualized experience to learn about the concept of heart coherence, the science behind HeartMath, and a holistic approach to preventing nervous system disorders. Your stress level with be assessed, handouts will be provided, and HeartMath techniques will be introduced and practiced during sessions. After completion of series, a HeartMath device may be optionally purchased.
